About The Position
Gastro Health is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join its private practice team in Fort Myers, Florida. The role offers autonomy to manage patient care, guide treatment decisions, and build patient relationships while collaborating closely with a supportive physician team. The practice emphasizes predictable clinic schedules, work–life balance, and sustainable high-quality care. Team members receive hands-on collaboration and GI-focused training resources. The APP will work with three gastroenterologists, three APPs, and support staff, providing outpatient consultations and participating in shared hospital call.
Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Florida.
- National certification as an NP or PA with prescriptive authority.
- At least 2 years of APP experience.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- GI APP experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage patient care and guide treatment decisions within the APP’s scope of practice.
- Build meaningful patient relationships.
