About The Position

Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital’s Department of Neurology is hiring a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for its outpatient General Neurology team. Prior experience in neurology or another related clinical specialty is preferred but not required; newly licensed Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners are encouraged to apply. Candidates must meet the applicable education, licensure, certification, and credentialing requirements for their profession. The role requires strong analytical, decision-making, communication, and teamwork skills, as well as advanced assessment and diagnosis competency and the ability to use an electronic medical record. Physical demands include extended periods of walking and standing, dexterity and coordination for examinations, and occasional lifting or carrying of items up to 50 pounds. Exposure to communicable diseases or body fluids may occur, and standard precautions and required personal protective equipment must be followed.
