About The Position

Join Heywood's Heart & Vascular Center. Heywood Healthcare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Heart & Vascular Center, our established Cardiology practice in Gardner, Massachusetts. This is an exciting opportunity for a collaborative, patient-focused APP to join a dedicated cardiovascular team and make a meaningful impact on the health of patients throughout North Central Massachusetts. This role offers the opportunity to evaluate and manage a diverse patient population while developing strong relationships with patients through ongoing follow-up and management.

Requirements

Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Preference for at least 1 year of experience in Cardiology or Family Medicine
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative healthcare team
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
Eligible for Massachusetts licensure
BLS certification required

APPs with a strong Family Medicine background who are interested in growing their career in Cardiology.
