Advanced Practice Provider - Internal Medicine, Carmel
About The Position
Community Health Network is seeking an experienced, adult medicine, or family medicine trained nurse practitioner to join our outpatient Internal Medicine Care practice located in Carmel, Indiana. This is an adult medicine practice that utilizes a single, robust electronic medical record system (EPIC). The position offers competitive compensation and benefits, and is outpatient only with no on-call or weekend requirements. Requirements
- Successfully complete a nationally recognized Advanced Practice Nurse certification examination or have current national certification; must maintain certification on an ongoing basis.
- Eligible for prescriptive authority under the criteria outlined by the Indiana State Board of Nursing; must maintain eligibility for prescriptive authority on an ongoing basis.
