About The Position
Advanced Institute of Urology (AUI), powered by Urology Alliance (UA), is seeking two Physician Assistants to join their growing Panama City clinic in 2026. AUI is the 4th largest urology practice in the country with over 70 physicians across 30+ locations and a support system of 650+ team members. This is an outpatient-focused model with a Monday through Friday schedule, offering a competitive hourly rate, guaranteed annual base salary with a bonus model based on production, and no weekends, late nights, or holidays. The position involves seeing new patients and follow-ups.
