About The Position
Advanced Institute of Urology (AUI), a member of Urology Alliance (UA), is supported by a leading physician-led urology network focused on patient care and excellence. This partnership allows AUI to provide superior, individualized patient care by utilizing Urology Alliance’s extensive business and organizational support. This ensures physicians can concentrate on delivering high-quality care in a thriving private practice environment. The practice is seeking two Physician Assistants to join their growing Panama City clinic in 2026. This is an outpatient-focused model with a Monday through Friday schedule, offering no weekends, late nights, or holidays. The position includes a guaranteed annual base salary with a bonus model based on production.
