We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join one of the nation’s most integrated healthcare systems, with over 1,400 providers in Indianapolis, IN. This Advanced Practice Provider opportunity is located at our Community Heart and Vascular Hospital on our north campus. Community Physician Network is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work alongside our General Cardiology team at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital located in Indianapolis, IN. This role involves a multidisciplinary approach with a team of specialty physicians and advanced practice providers.
Requirements
- Experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana
- New graduate Nurse Practitioners will be considered; must have at least 3 to 5 years of RN experience in inpatient cardiac or ICU settings
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Advanced Heart Failure is strongly preferred
