Advanced Practice Provider - Heart Failure, CHVH
About The Position
Community Physician Network is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work alongside our General Cardiology team at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital located in Indianapolis, IN. This is a full-time position with day shifts. A weekend and call rotation is required, with the frequency determined by the practice. The role involves a multidisciplinary approach with a team of specialty physicians and advanced practice providers. We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package. Experience in Advanced Heart Failure is strongly preferred. We are looking for a hard-working, proactive, and team-oriented individual dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care. New graduate Nurse Practitioners will be considered, provided they have at least 3 to 5 years of RN experience in inpatient cardiac or ICU settings.
Requirements
- Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Indiana
- Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana
- At least 3 to 5 years of RN experience in inpatient cardiac or ICU settings (for new graduate Nurse Practitioners)
- Experience in Advanced Heart Failure is strongly preferred
- Hard working, proactive, and a team player dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care
