Advanced Practice Provider - General Cardiology, Hendricks
About The Position
Community Health Network is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our new and growing practice at Hendricks Regional Health’s Danville Hospital. We have recently partnered with Hendricks Regional Health to provide cardiology services at their locations in Danville, Brownsburg, and surrounding areas just west of Indianapolis. This opportunity delivers care at Hendricks Regional Health’s Danville Hospital: 1000 East Main Street, Danville, IN 46122. This role involves general cardiology, including outpatient clinic, hospital rounding, and cardiac testing oversight. The schedule is Monday through Friday with some weekend hospital coverage required. Epic EMR will be utilized.
Requirements
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana
Nice To Haves
- Experience in cardiology, ER, PCU, or ICU settings is strongly preferred
