Requirements

Progressive clinical experience.
Master’s degree in advanced practice nursing or Physician Assistant studies.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Master's or Doctorate Degree as an Advanced Practice or Graduate of an accredited school of Physician Assistant studies with a Master's or Doctorate Degree.
Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner license from MN Board of Nursing. Physician Assistant studies certification.

Nice To Haves

Clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a Primary Care or Urgent Care setting preferred.
Doctorate degree in advanced practice nursing or Physician Assistant studies.

Responsibilities

Deliver safe and systemic care for a specified patient population under MD supervision.
Exercise independent judgment in assessment, diagnosis, and initiation of medical processes within NP or PA scope of practice.
Demonstrate specialized knowledge in urgent care, pharmacology, and education.
Communicate efficiently and collaborate with diverse clinical teams.
Cultivate a coordinated approach to achieve efficient patient outcomes.
