Advanced Practice Provider - Cardiovascular Medicine
About The Position
Citrus Cardiology Consultants, a partner practice of Cardiovascular Associates of America (CVAUSA), is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our growing cardiovascular team. We currently have two APP opportunities available: Outpatient + Inpatient Cardiology APP with a Monday-Friday schedule, primarily outpatient clinic responsibilities with some inpatient coverage and shared weekend rotation approximately once per month. The second opportunity is a Hospital-Based Cardiology APP, an inpatient-only position with a 7 on / 7 off daytime schedule, focusing on hospital rounding and cardiovascular patient management, with no outpatient clinic responsibilities. Both positions offer the opportunity to work alongside experienced cardiologists and APPs while caring for a diverse cardiovascular patient population. We are open to experienced cardiology providers as well as motivated new graduates with a strong interest in cardiovascular medicine.
Requirements
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active Florida license or ability to obtain
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
Nice To Haves
- Cardiology experience preferred but not required
- New graduates encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
