This opportunity delivers care in Indianapolis at Community Hospital South. Community Health Network is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established cardiology team at our Indianapolis, IN location at Community Hospital South. We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced APP, or new graduate with recent nursing experience in cardiology or ICU settings. This cardiology opportunity includes outpatient clinic, hospital rounding, and cardiac testing oversight.
Requirements
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Recent nursing experience in cardiology or ICU settings (for new graduates)
- Licensure & Certification consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
