This is a weekday, day-shift role that offers a balanced mix of clinical and administrative responsibilities, allowing the provider to play a key role in both patient care delivery and program development. In this position, the APP will be responsible for managing patient care across all phases of the peri-procedural experience, including pre-procedure evaluation, coordination during procedures, and post-procedure follow-up. The role involves conducting patient assessments, developing and implementing care plans, providing thorough patient education, and performing risk assessments to ensure optimal outcomes. A strong understanding of peri-procedural care is essential, including familiarity with patient education, risk stratification, and established follow-up protocols. In addition to clinical responsibilities, the APP will support several key administrative and programmatic initiatives. This includes close collaboration with the Quality Improvement team to enhance patient outcomes, optimize workflows, and contribute to ongoing process improvement efforts. The APP will also assist in the development and implementation of standardized protocols and participate in initiatives that support the continued growth and success of the electrophysiology program.
