The Role: In this dynamic Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Clinic, you will be an essential member of a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering comprehensive, patient-centered behavioral health care. Your work will combine clinical autonomy with close collaboration, allowing you to practice at the top of your license while contributing to a cohesive care model. On a typical day, you will: Provide individual and family psychotherapy to children and adolescents with a wide range of behavioral health conditions Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Partner with psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, nurses, and allied health professionals to coordinate care and optimize outcomes Participate in integrated care delivery, ensuring behavioral health is aligned with the broader clinical picture Engage and support families through education, counseling, and resource navigation, recognizing their critical role in care continuity Maintain thorough and timely documentation within a structured clinical environment This role offers a balanced mix of clinical complexity and continuity, enabling you to build meaningful therapeutic relationships while addressing diverse psychiatric needs in a collaborative setting.
