This role supports abortion care through direct clinical triage, patient education, and follow-up, ensuring timely and empathetic support to those navigating abortion services. The position is represented by SEIU Local 105. Paid, comprehensive onboarding is provided. Initial travel to Denver (2–4 weeks) may be required.

Requirements

• Active NP or CNM license in the state where care will be provided (e.g., Colorado or New Mexico).
• 1+ year experience in reproductive health or prior experience with PPRM.
• National certification as NP or CNM.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Background check required.
• Complete APN Pre-Hire Skills Self-Assessment Checklist along with application.

Nice To Haves

• Spanish fluency (+$2.25/hour upon passing test).

Responsibilities

• Conduct reproductive health exams and screenings.
• Diagnose and treat STIs.
• Provide birth control education and methods.
• Participate in abortion services.
• Deliver excellent patient care and education.
• Direct clinical triage, patient education, and follow-up for abortion services.

Benefits

• Sign-On Bonus: $6,000 ($3,000 paid out on first paycheck and $3,000 paid upon 1 year of continuous service).
