This role supports abortion care through direct clinical triage, patient education, and follow-up, ensuring timely and empathetic support to those navigating abortion services. This position is represented by SEIU Local 105. Paid, comprehensive onboarding and training are provided. Initial travel to Denver (2-4 weeks) may be required.

Requirements

• Active NP or CNM license in the state where care will be provided (e.g., Colorado or New Mexico)
• 1+ year experience in reproductive health or prior experience with PPRM.
• National certification as NP or CNM.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Background check required.

Nice To Haves

• Spanish fluency (upon passing test)

Responsibilities

• Conduct reproductive health exams and screenings.
• Diagnose and treat STIs.
• Provide birth control education and methods.
• Participate in abortion services.
• Deliver excellent patient care and education.

Benefits

• Sign-On Bonus: $6,000 ($3,000 paid out on first paycheck and $3,000 paid upon 1 year of continuous service).
