About The Position
This is a part-time position for an Advanced Practice Nurse (APN) or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to work in the Adult Outpatient Department (OPD). The role involves up to 10 hours weekly with flexible scheduling, including evening availability. The position is located in Little Egg Harbor, with occasional travel to Berkeley/Bayville. The salary is $100.00 per hour, and this position is not benefits-eligible.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Nursing with a sub-specialty in Mental Health
- Valid NJ FNP or APN, RN, CDS, DEA required
- Experience working with children and families
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments
- Initiate, order and interpret diagnostic testing
- Develop differential diagnosis
- Perform medication monitoring and prescribe medications as necessary
- Educate consumers on all medications
