Requirements

  • Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant program (or ability to obtain)
  • Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in CT (or ability to obtain)
  • Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC/AANP or certified as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA (or ability to obtain)
  • Unrestricted CSR and DEA license (or willing to obtain prior to start)
