Advanced Practice Clinician (PA-C/ARNP) - Urology
About The Position
Kittitas Valley Healthcare is partnering with VirtuCare to build a comprehensive urology service line. This role involves completing a urology training program and being paired with a remote, board-certified urologist for direct guidance and support. The Advanced Practice Clinician will assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of urological conditions in patients across the lifespan. While surgeons will perform surgical procedures on-site, the APC will support post-operative care management. This position is ideal for someone comfortable working independently and serving a rural, underserved population. The role is based in Ellensburg, Washington, offering a lifestyle with access to outdoor activities, a family-friendly atmosphere, and proximity to major cities.
Requirements
- Completion of appropriate license or certification (PA-C/ARNP)
- ACLS certification (maintenance required)

Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of urological conditions in patients across the lifespan.
- Provide specialized urologic care in collaboration with on-site staff and a consulting tele-urologist.
- Support post-operative care management for patients undergoing surgical procedures.
