About The Position

Join one of the largest physician-owned, multi-specialty practices in the Southeast and enjoy the opportunity to practice in a collaborative outpatient setting just minutes from the North Carolina coast. At Wilmington Health, our Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine team provides comprehensive care with the support of an integrated healthcare system, strong specialist collaboration, and a patient-centered culture that has served our community for more than 50 years. This is an outpatient Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine focused practice with a balanced schedule designed to support quality patient care. The appointment template includes 20 minutes for established/follow-up pulmonary visits and sleep medicine follow-ups, and 40 minutes for new patient referrals, with an average patient volume of approximately 20 patients per day.

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant from an accredited program
• Current or eligible North Carolina licensure
• Strong communication and patient-centered care skills

Nice To Haves

• Pulmonary, Sleep Medicine, Internal Medicine, Critical Care, or related experience preferred
• New graduates with relevant clinical training are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care in a collaborative outpatient setting.
• Participate in a Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine focused practice.
• Manage an average patient volume of approximately 20 patients per day.
• Potential opportunity to participate in hospital rounding rotation.
