Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant STEM field with knowledge or 1+ year of experience in process integration, project management, or manufacturing, with demonstrated skills gained through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training OR a Master's degree in a relevant field with no prior professional experience.
- Machine learning techniques and statistical methodologies.
- Interpret and synthesize complex data into actionable plans.

Responsibilities
- Define process integration roadmaps to meet technology transfer requirements, goals, and milestones
- Establish flow, procedures, and equipment configurations for manufacturing modules
- Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data using statistics, coding techniques, and machine learning to extract actionable insights
- Lead yield improvement activities, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address root causes of low yield
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to prevent quality and yield excursions in manufacturing processes
- Perform quality and reliability risk assessments for manufacturing materials and process changes
- Support defect and parametric measurements in startup and high-volume manufacturing environments
