About The Position
The Advanced Nurse Practitioner provides general care to patients of all ages with patience, care, compassion, and understanding. The practitioner performs duties within their scope of practice, which may include conducting tests, recording medical histories, providing treatments, assisting physicians, promoting public awareness of the importance of health, and prescribing medications. The role is based at the Center for Pain Relief in Harlingen, Texas, with clinic hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the day shift.
Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with specialization as an ARNP.
- Current state license as an Advanced Practice Nurse.
- BLS certification upon hire and maintenance of current certification.
- Previous experience with electronic health records.
Nice To Haves
- One to two years of experience as a nurse practitioner.
- Pain management and/or interventional experience.
