This position provides challenging assignments that support the development of new measurement techniques and diagnostic capabilities used to verify the structural integrity of gas turbine engines. The Development Operations Organization is seeking a highly motivated engineer to join the Advanced Measurements Research and Development group in the Middletown, Connecticut facility. Responsibilities may include working on tasks related to commercial engines, military engines or both depending on business need. The candidate will begin their first 2.5 years at Pratt & Whitney as part of the Engineering Development Program (EDP). This program consists of three rotations that are 12 months - 9 months - 9 months in duration and typically occur in three distinct disciplines within the hiring department. The intent of our EDP is to offer breadth & depth in various technical experiences through challenging positions available in our organizations. This program will help expand your professional and technical competencies that will serve as the foundation for exceptional contributions that you will make at Pratt & Whitney.
