About The Position

We are actively hiring for the position of Advanced Manufacturing Operator for our plant in Arlington, TX. This role involves operating state-of-the-art, automated printing equipment, monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with the production team to implement process improvements. The operator will actively participate in a 12-Level Employee Development Program to expand skills and knowledge, maintain a safe work environment, and contribute to a culture of innovation.
