About The Position

As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing engineering team, focusing on supporting production processes and driving improvements in manufacturing efficiency and quality. You will work on implementing manufacturing solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Urbana, OH location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the manufacturing operations by supporting process improvements and ensuring product quality, contributing to the overall productivity and success of our Aero business unit. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Experience in manufacturing processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Nice To Haves

Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies
Familiarity with CAD software
Experience in the aerospace industry
