About The Position

Cenveo is a leading North American manufacturer of envelopes with more than 100 years of industry experience and approximately 30 billion envelopes produced annually. We are committed to safety, quality, and operational excellence. We are hiring immediately Advanced Machine Operators (Machine Adjuster Level 1) for our Smyrna, GA location on 3rd shift. Candidates must have experience with equipment setup, changeovers, troubleshooting, and maintaining efficient production operations. We welcome applications from skilled automotive technicians with hands-on experience in engine and transmission repair / replacement. Shift assignments may vary based on operational needs and availability.

Requirements

4+ years of hands-on mechanical, industrial equipment experience preferred.
Proven ability to independently set up, troubleshoot, repair, optimize machinery.
Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, basic computer skills.
Basic math, ability to accurately read a ruler, and work with precise measurements.
Flexibility required with machine assignment.

Nice To Haves

Skilled automotive technicians with hands-on experience in engine and transmission repair / replacement.

Responsibilities

Learn to set up, adjust, and operate high-speed envelope manufacturing equipment.
Learn print, window, and full machine changeovers, including part removal/installation and machine timing.
Develop advanced mechanical troubleshooting skills to support quality and production efficiency.
Maintain a clean and safe work area while following all safety procedures.
Work overtime as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
