About The Position

Our Guest Service Attendants assist the Club Manager and other supporting staff in overseeing all aspects of the Club operations to ensure the absolute highest level of member/guest service. They must be enthusiastic about guest service for high-end clientele. They must thrive in a team-oriented work environment, and be willing to do whatever it takes to help the team provide the membership with exceptional service.

Starting Wage: $22.00/hr - $26.88/hr
Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
Shift Type: Full Time hours available
Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
Housing Availability: No

Requirements

• Four-year College Degree (Bachelors Degree)
• Private Club experience preferred/guest service experience necessary
• RPOS preferred, Microsoft Office skills preferred
• Fluent English, Spanish a plus
• Communicative, service-motivated, detail-oriented

Responsibilities

• Assists the Club Manager and other supporting staff in overseeing all aspects of the Club operations to ensure the absolute highest level of member/guest service.
• Ski/boot storage, valet service, member service, lift ticket sales.
• Coordinate equipment tuning service for members.
• Must know Rules and Regulations as detailed in membership documents
• Coordinate members/guests use of facility, track member expenditures, coordinate and book all types of reservations.
• Prep morning and afternoon food/beverage bar. Be responsible in serving alcohol/tips trained (certification training provided)
• Parking garage oversight/management
• Promote Club events/activities
• Perform basic retail inventory/product inventory
• Must be detail-oriented and willing to perform regular house-keeping duties in order to maintain a clean facility
