About The Position

This agreement is best characterized as a high-compensation traveling Advance Practice EM/Hospitalist employment model with a strong guaranteed base, employer-covered professional expenses, and malpractice protection. There is significant earning upside via extra shifts and holiday premiums.

Requirements

Fulltime W2 EM Hybrid APP At Large
Base Salary: $225,000/year ($18,750 per month)
Paid twice monthly (15th and last day of each month)
Excess Shift Bonus: $2,200 per extra shift if working more than 10 shifts in a month.
Reconciliation Provision: Must exceed 30 shifts per quarter and 120 shifts per year to retain bonuses.
Holiday Shift Premium: $1,000 extra per holiday shift.
Covered Holidays: New Year’s Day / Independence Day / Thanksgiving / Christmas Eve /Christmas Day /New Year’s Eve
Professional Expense Reimbursement: State Medical Licenses & DEA (RPG will pay for new licenses and DEA certifications, and reimburse renewals if mutually agreed necessary).
Continuing Medical Education (CME) Allowance: Up to $2,000 per contract year for tuition, travel, and lodging for CME activities.
Conditions for CME reimbursement: Must receive prior written approval from CMO and submit documentation/receipts.
Travel Reimbursement: Reasonable and pre-approved travel expenses for assignments at customer hospitals, complying with RPG travel policy.
Malpractice Insurance: Provided by RPG with limits of $1 million per occurrence and $3 million aggregate.
Termination Terms: Either party may terminate without cause with 90 days written notice.
