About The Position

CVS Health’s MinuteClinic is hiring an Advanced Practice Provider (nurse practitioner or physician associate) for a clinic-based float position serving clinics in the Austin area. The role delivers affordable, accessible, high-quality primary and family care, with virtual visits conducted from the clinic when onsite patient volume allows and virtual care does not delay in-person care. Providers work with clinical and organizational support and are expected to practice holistically and at the top of their license. The position is available full time (30–35 hours per week) or part time (20–25 hours per week). The stated hourly pay range for this position and location is $64.50–$73.50 based on experience, plus shift differentials and a quarterly incentive plan. The position is also eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program. The listed benefits for eligible full-time colleagues include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement savings options, wellness programs, and other resources. MinuteClinic describes its work environment as supporting transformational leadership, quality, safety, shared governance, well-being, and professional development. Providers complete charting and follow-up during their scheduled shift, with no work taken home.
