About The Position
The Adult & Teen Challenge of Texas Internship is designed for those who feel called into ministry… who want to grow, be stretched, and be part of real, life -changing work. This is a hands -on, immersive experience where you won’t just learn about ministry… you’ll live it. You’ll walk alongside men finding freedom from addiction, grow in your relationship with Christ, and be developed as a leader through daily discipleship, service, and mentorship. If you’re hungry to grow, willing to serve, and ready to step into something bigger than yourself… this internship is for you. This program is designed to train future leaders and ministers through real -life experience and spiritual development. This internship is built to develop: Character, Discipline, Leadership, and Spiritual maturity. You’ll rotate through different areas of ministry, gaining experience and clarity in your calling while being mentored every step of the way. Lives are being changed every day… and you get to be part of it. This is a season to: Grow deeper in your faith, Discover your calling, and Be used by God to impact others.
Requirements
- A clear desire to grow in ministry and serve others
- A personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
- Teachable spirit and willingness to be stretched
- Ability to live in a structured, Christ -centered environment
- Willingness to participate fully in all aspects of the program
- ATC graduate OR approved through interview and recommendations
Responsibilities
- Disciple and mentor students in the program
- Participate in chapel, prayer, and spiritual life
- Assist in daily program operations
- Serve in multiple departments across campus
- Lead or assist with work crews and activities
- Engage in outreach, ministry events, and church involvement
- Build relationships that encourage accountability and growth
