About The Position

Deep River, a brand-new Substance Use Disorder treatment facility in Neillsville, WI, is seeking a compassionate Adult Residential Support Professional to join their team. Deep River provides trauma-informed, gender-specific residential treatment for adult men, operating under DHS 75 and DHS 83 licensing. The team supports residents as they work toward sustainable recovery in a safe, structured, and hopeful environment. This is a part-time, benefit-eligible position with a schedule of 36 hours/week, specifically 8:00am–8:30pm on Tuesday, Friday, and every other weekend.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to work independently and maintain professional boundaries
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record
• DHS 83 training (required after hire)

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in human services, behavioral health, or recovery support preferred
• DHS 83 training preferred

Responsibilities

• Support, monitor, and interact with residents while providing positive role modeling
• Assist with daily living skills, housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Monitor or administer medications per program policies
• Complete documentation and maintain confidential client records
• Support treatment goals and respond to emergencies or crisis situations
• Transport residents to appointments and services as needed
• Participate in staff meetings and required training
