About The Position

Provides supervision and leadership in the implementation of all probation services, case direction and management of the probation team. Will also be responsible for supervising adult offenders placed on probation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university with a degree in Behavioral Sciences, Social Work, or Criminal Justice
• At least 21 years of age
• American citizen
• Ability to take and pass Indiana Probation Officer Certification Exam and Indiana Risk Assessment System certification from IOCS within six months
• Valid Driver's License
• Proficiency with Windows based programs/electronic case management systems
• Ability to understand Indiana Statutes
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen
