About The Position

We are seeking a fully licensed clinical professional (LMSW, LPC, or LLP) to serve as the Adult Outpatient Mental Health Supervisor. In this leadership role, you will oversee both the administrative and clinical functioning of the adult outpatient program, ensuring effective service delivery, clinical supervision, and high-quality care for clients experiencing mental health and substance use disorders.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling [Required].
• Active, unencumbered full professional clinical license (LMSW, LPC, or LLP) [Required].
• Minimum 3+ years of clinical experience treating adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders [Required].
• Demonstrated competence in individual, family, and group mental health and substance abuse interventions.
• Independent clinical judgment, crisis management skills, cultural sensitivity, excellent organizational tracking, and strong interdisciplinary communication.

Nice To Haves

• Prior background working within community mental health settings and deep knowledge of local community resources [Highly Preferred].

Responsibilities

• Direct all administrative and clinical operations for the adult outpatient mental health program to maintain service delivery standards.
• Provide clinical direction to staff, conduct group, individual, and family therapy sessions, and support treatment planning for adults with mental health and substance use conditions.
• Provide after-hours crisis phone coverage as needed to support clinical staff and manage client emergencies.
• Collaborate with external community resources, maintain tracking data and metrics, and ensure program compliance.
