About The Position

Grace Community Care & Homes is developing its Adult Day Programs department and seeks Adult Day Direct Care Staff to contribute to person-centered services, reliable operations, and accurate documentation. This is a planned role; the start date and duties are contingent on applicable program approvals, funding, credentialing, and staffing readiness. Services may begin only within the approved scope.

The position is in New Jersey, with administrative coordination through Grace and on-site or community assignments as applicable. The final assignment and weekly schedule will be discussed during hiring. Clinical services begin only at approved locations and within the program’s authorized scope. The role is part-time.

Pay is $17–$20 per hour, based on qualifications and relevant experience. Paid time off is provided under the applicable company policy, including applicable earned sick leave. No additional employer-sponsored benefits or bonus programs are currently offered.

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with authorized daily activities, program participation, and safe mobility.
• Observe changes and maintain service records under supervision.
• Work collaboratively with department leadership, intake, credentialing, billing, and quality teams.
• Maintain confidentiality, respect participant choice, communicate service gaps promptly, and follow role-specific policies and professional scope.
• Participate in orientation, competency review, and quality improvement.
