About The Position

Direct Care Staff help people grow, learn, and live well by building meaningful relationships and supporting participants’ development and community involvement. The role includes helping participants pursue activities they enjoy and work toward goals such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition. Staff also assist with personal hygiene and support individuals who may have behavioral challenges or other complex needs. Requirements

• Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination is preferred.
• Skills in communication, adaptability, multitasking, teamwork, and time management.
• Patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible behavior.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities
