About The Position

The Ads Creative Strategist is responsible for providing clients with high-quality creative media, which involves researching and contacting potential content creators and staying current with TikTok and Instagram Reels trends. The role requires a deep understanding of each client's brand, values, customer avatars, and specific needs to develop detailed script briefs for content creators, including video footage concepts. The strategist will also manage the team of content creators for each project, conduct quality control on received content to ensure it meets guidelines, and may occasionally communicate directly with clients.

Requirements

  • Creative flair and a comprehensive understanding of social media trends and algorithms, particularly TikTok and Instagram Reels.
  • Ability to identify and strategize for various customer avatars’ pain points, across a variety of different niches.
  • Great communication skills for interacting with content creators, the creative team, and clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, and ability to plan ahead effectively.
  • Proven experience in coming up with engaging creative content across a range of niches.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of social media trends, with particular emphasis on TikTok and Instagram Reels.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to clearly and effectively communicate with content creators, colleagues, and clients.
  • Ability to come up with creative concepts based on current and foreseeable trends.
  • Strong presentation, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills to effectively deliver work of high quality promptly.
  • Highly accountable, responsive, and excellent ability to meet deadlines.
  • Great aptitude for working with people, problem-solving, and thinking critically / analytically.
  • Possesses a growth and results-driven mindset, and can handle and implement constructive criticism.
  • Familiarity with working autonomously and managing your time.
  • Must be available and responsive during office hours (Mondays to Fridays between 3-6 PM BCN time).
  • Must have a stable internet connection and a laptop or PC, as well as be able to attend virtual video conferences.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluent in English).

Responsibilities

  • Strategizing script briefs based on current TikTok and Instagram trends.
  • Preparing detailed script briefs for content creators, including B-roll footage required.
  • Researching content creators to match each brand’s Customer Avatar goal for each testing concept.
  • Communicating with potential content creators regarding the scope of each project.
  • Ensuring the quality of Video Ad variations.
  • Selecting and arranging a content creator for each project.
  • Ensuring the quality of the content provided by the content creators.
  • Providing feedback on content received.
  • Keeping up with ongoing TikTok and Reels trends.
  • Assisting with any other tasks as required by the Product Manager.
