About The Position

The Adoption Stabilization & Preservation Specialist works with children and families to help children safely thrive in their home environments. The specialist teaches skills such as emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and healthy family communication. Working with families, the specialist helps create a safe, stable, flexible, and comfortable environment for all family members. The role also involves helping families build on their strengths and connecting them with community resources. Training and support are provided to candidates who are eager to learn and committed to the work. The average hourly rate, including wages, incentives, bonuses, overtime, and shift differential, is $19.23.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Compassion and eagerness to learn.
• Desire to support children and families, help them grow and build healthy relationships, and advocate for them.
• Completion of a Predictive Index assessment as part of the application process.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in adoption services, adoption preservation, or related family support work.
