About The Position
The Adoption Stabilization & Preservation Specialist works with children and families to help children safely thrive in their home environments. The specialist teaches skills such as emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and healthy family communication. Working together with families, specialists help create a safe, stable, flexible, and comfortable environment for all family members. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Compassion and eagerness to learn.
- Commitment to helping children and families grow, learn, and build healthy relationships and responses to one another.
- Strong desire to advocate for children and families.
- Complete a Predictive Index assessment as part of the application process.

- Previous experience in adoption services, adoption preservation, or related family support work.
