About The Position

Park Manor of Southbelt is seeking a RN-ADON to join our dynamic team. This role involves supervising the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility and ensuring the highest degree of quality care is maintained. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinician skills within the skilled nursing field, have at least 3 years of proficient experience with PCC, be an excellent educator, and maintain a friendly, customer-based mindset. The ability to multi-task and strong time management skills are essential.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-year ADON experience
  • Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served
  • Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
  • Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public
  • Must possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, etc., that are necessary for providing quality care
  • A current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a RN in this state
