About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct patient care and assist in the overall management and coordinator of resident care. The RN will work under the supervision of physicians to ensure the well-being and comfort of residents. The RN will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring residents, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid and active license in good standing as an RN in the state of Arkansas.
- Completion of an accredited nursing program.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principals, practices and procedures.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct patient care.
- Assists in the overall management and coordination of resident care.
- Works under the supervision of physicians.
