The ADON is responsible for the supervision and evaluation of patient care performed by nursing personnel within their assigned skilled nursing facility/service area. This role will work closely with and support the nursing manager/DON to ensure the delivery of high-quality service and compliance with federal, state and local rules and regulations. Provides coordination and oversight of patient assignments, staff scheduling, patient flow and assists in meeting financial targets by effectively assisting in managing utilization, productivity, personnel, and supplies.
