We serve both adults and adolescents, with a focus on mental health, eating disorders, and co-occurring concerns. We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Adolescent Counselor to join our Lansdale clinical team. This role focuses on delivering individual and group therapy to adolescent clients in an outpatient setting. Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field
- Completion of a clinical-based internship or practicum

Responsibilities
- Providing individual outpatient therapy to adolescent clients
- Facilitating group therapy sessions for adolescents
- Conducting clinical assessments and developing person-centered treatment plans
- Collaborating with families, schools, and referral sources to support client progress
- Monitoring behavioral and emotional needs and adjusting treatment as clinically indicated
- Maintaining timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Participating in clinical meetings and care coordination
- Supporting program goals and performing additional clinical duties as assigned
