About The Position
High Focus Centers in Pottstown is a trusted provider of outpatient treatment services for individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. Our multidisciplinary team delivers individualized, evidence-based care designed to support each client’s unique recovery journey. We are currently seeking a dedicated Counselor/Therapist to join our team. This role focuses on supporting adolescents in a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) setting.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Human Services or a related field required, including completion of a clinical internship
- Previous counseling experience required
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical team

Responsibilities
- Facilitate outpatient group therapy sessions and provide family support services
- Conduct approximately 6–8 Level of Care Assessments per week, depending on program needs
- Lead one aftercare outpatient therapy group for clients transitioning to lower levels of care
- Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement treatment plans
- Participate in regular treatment team meetings to review client progress
- Complete required clinical documentation and insurance utilization reviews
- Collect client co-pays as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
