About The Position

As an Outpatient Therapist, you will provide counseling services to children, adults, and families with a wide range of needs-from life transitions to more complex mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. You'll use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) while working alongside a multidisciplinary treatment team. The caseload is typically 80–85 clients, supported by dedicated administrative staff to reduce the non-clinical workload.
