Provides trauma-informed, evidence-based individual, group and family therapy treatment to assist clients in overcoming dependencies, adjusting to life and making changes. This role involves providing mental health therapy services to a wide variety of client systems in an outpatient setting, diagnosing and treating mental health disorders. The therapist will deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy services to individuals, families, and groups, and collaborate with other treatment team members, natural supports, and external providers to ensure a wrap-around approach for continuity of client care. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining person-centered treatment plans, monitoring client progress, demonstrating sensitivity to cultural and ethnic differences, completing agency trainings, meeting administrative and clinical documentation requirements, meeting direct service expectations and productivity standards, providing psycho-educational services to the community, providing clinical supervision toward independent licensing (if qualified), maintaining advanced knowledge through continuing education, and providing client care outside of standard business hours.
