The Work: Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale customer engagement and personalization solutions using Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and related Adobe Experience Cloud technologies. Serves as the solution lead across client engagements, driving architecture vision, and solution while ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards. Partners with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and delivery teams to define scalable customer engagement ecosystems, establish governance frameworks, and deliver innovative omnichannel experiences. Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 years of experience delivering Adobe Experience Cloud implementations, with deep expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform.
Minimum of 5 years of experience leading architecture workshops, requirements gathering, solution design, and stakeholder engagement activities.
Minimum of 4 years of working with distributed delivery teams and part of large-scale digital transformation programs.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Nice To Haves

Adobe certification in AJO and AEP preferred.
