About The Position

Trissential is hiring an experienced Adobe CMS Business Analyst to join our client’s team and play a key role in a large-scale website re-platforming and Adobe ecosystem implementation. This is a high-visibility, high-impact project where your work will directly shape how content, personalization, and digital experiences are delivered. This role offers high-impact work on a major Adobe CMS transformation and digital re-platforming initiative, true ownership where user stories and requirements directly drive development and user experience outcomes, and agile collaboration in a hands-on Scrum environment. You will gain diverse exposure across CMS, DAM, personalization (Adobe Target), and enterprise integrations, and join a collaborative, supportive, and down-to-earth team that values humor, continuous improvement, and shared success.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites CMS) and DAM (AEM Assets)
  • Experience gathering requirements for Adobe Target (personalization, A/B testing, optimization)
  • Experience with website search functionality (configuration, indexing, filtering, relevancy)
  • Proven experience supporting CMS implementations and re-platforming initiatives
  • Strong ability to write high-quality user stories and refine requirements with business and technical teams
  • Familiarity with content and asset management workflows
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma (for review), MS Teams, and SharePoint
  • Strong stakeholder communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to balance business priorities with technical feasibility
  • UAT mindset with experience supporting functional testing and validation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch/Tags
  • Experience with Salesforce-to-Adobe or legacy-to-Adobe migrations
  • Background in large enterprises or regulated industries
  • Exposure to chatbot integrations and customer experience platforms
  • Agile/Scrum certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP)

Responsibilities

  • Write clear, high-volume user stories with strong acceptance criteria using the “As a / I want / so that” format
  • Gather and translate business requirements into actionable functional specifications
  • Capture CMS requirements including templates, components, forms, and page authoring
  • Contribute to DAM-related workflows and support asset-to-content processes
  • Define requirements for Adobe Target personalization, A/B testing, and audience segmentation
  • Document website search requirements including indexing, filtering, relevancy, and configuration
  • Lead requirements for integrations including GA4, Salesforce (Chatbot/Live Agent), Medallia, and SSO
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owner, Scrum Master, Lead BA, and Systems Integrator to drive delivery
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (Standups, Sprint Planning, Refinement, Reviews, Retrospectives)
  • Support functional validation, UAT, and QA by ensuring stories meet business and user expectations
  • Act as a quality checkpoint for deliverables and overall digital experience
