Baptist Medical Center MD Anderson is currently hiring for a Full-Time Days Admitting Services Manager to join the Infusion Department at the Baptist MD Anderson location in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday, in-office position that requires weekly travel between the Downtown, BMDA South, and BMDA Clay campuses. The Admitting Services Manager will oversee more than 50 employees at Baptist MD Anderson. The ideal candidate will possess previous leadership experience, as well as experience in call center operations, new patient coordination, and revenue cycle management. Requirements

• 3-5 Years of Patient Access Services Experience
• Over 5 Years of Management Experience
• Supervisory Experience
• Call Center Experience
• High School Diploma Required

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of multiple clinics and scheduling areas for Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center.
• Managing to metrics and KPI's leveraging data and reports.
• Collaboration with clinical departments and leaders is integral to being successful in this role.
• Other job duties as assigned.
