About The Position

We are seeking an Admissions Representative to join our team in a fully onsite role, working on campus 5 days per week. This role involves responding promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students, making a high volume of outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews. The representative will conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews to present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes. Additionally, they will follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents, while accurately documenting all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years customer service, telemarketing or sales experience(including admissions experience)
  • Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who’ve expressed interest in Unitek programs.
  • Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
  • Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.
  • Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.
  • Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.
