About The Position

Unitek Learning is seeking an Admissions Representative to join their growing team. This role is crucial in helping to close the nursing shortage gap by recruiting motivated individuals for Unitek's nursing and allied health programs. The Admissions Representative will guide prospective students from initial interest through the enrollment process, playing a direct role in preparing future frontline caregivers for the workforce. The position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on local healthcare by supporting the next generation of healthcare professionals.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years customer service, telemarketing or sales experience (including admissions experience)
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors
• Excellent presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis

Nice To Haves

• Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.
• Experience with Nexus or CampusVue a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students.
• Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews presenting program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.
• Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.
• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.
